Global Business Clinics Members Club Rules 2019 -2022
Our Membership Rules are designed to assist in the smooth running of our Club for the benefit of All members, as well as the integration of new Members. Please observe or comment if you experience any difficulty in understanding these Rules, or require more information by contacting groupsupport@globalbusinessclinics.com
i. Members must always act in a professional manner not to bring the Club, Global Business Clinics Ltd, or our Sponsors, Partners or Associates into disrepute, and act always in the best interests of all Global Business Clinic members.
ii. Members must not disclose any information to any third party, other than other current full members, without the express permission of the Local Licensee, Master Licensee or group support team management.
iii. To Access or use the Club facilities, services or to receive the benefits on offer, you must be a fully paid up Registered and Approved Member.
iv. To Apply for Membership, complete the Pre-Membership Application/Registration Form together with a Confidential Non Disclosure Agreement, (NDA) and submit as specified. Initial Membership is for a minimum period of 6 months.
v. Membership requires a Monthly or Annual fee to assist in the management of the Club(s), as well as receiving ongoing access to the many member benefits available.
vi. To commence Membership, with Immediate access to All services and facilities, New Members are required to pay a Refundable Joining Fee of £150.00/$198.00USD as a security Deposit against possible unpaid fees during the first year of Membership.(See xi xii below regarding our Refund Policy)
vii. New members are also required to pay 3 months Membership fees in advance according to the level of Membership chosen.
viii. All Fees or Dues must be paid in advance on the 1st of each month, by Credit/Debit Card, Direct Debit, or through PayPal services.
ix. Invoices + receipts for all payments will be provided by email to the Members personal verified email account by PayPal or Group Support Team. (This provides a secure payment facility for everyone, so we do not require or hold your Card details.)
x. To Cancel Membership 3 months written notice in advance of required date must be provided to the Club Secretary by email to groupsupport@globalbusinessclinics.com/Members Secretary.
xi. Refunds for any unused portion of Membership are not available.
xii. Refund of the Security Deposit will not apply if the member withdraws or cancels their membership, for any reason, within the 6 months minimum period, or has their Membership Suspended or Terminated for Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
xiii. Member services are as detailed in the Members Welcome pack, available on the Global Business Clinic website www.globalbusinessclinics.com /Additional Information section.
xiv. Based on the Membership Plan selected there are services or products that are Included for Free as identified in the Members Welcome pack.
xv. Additional services or products will attract a separate additional Fee that will be identified before sign-up.
xvi. Additional fees (xv) are required to be paid in advance of service or product provision, in accordance with any agreed extended payment plan.
xvii. We aim to deliver the best possible support, products and services using all our resources available, using pre-qualified suppliers to deliver such services or products. Any services provided directly from 3rd party providers are subject to any additional Terms & Conditions of the independent 3rd party provider.
xviii. Separate or Additional Terms & Conditions may be applied to be able to receive or utilize such facilities.
xix. From time to time Members will be offered services or products at discounted prices. To engage or use these it is the Members responsibility to review any additional rules that may apply.
xx. Overseas Escorted Trade tours or Missions are planned and organised by the Members Club to facilitate direct meetings between ‘parties’ for pre-Contract completion, dates and costs being agreed by both parties.
xxi. Charges will apply relating to such Tours include transport, hotel and other services provided for such occasions,
xxii. All Trade Mission visits will be invoiced in advance requiring a 15% non-refundable deposit, with Full settlement 60 days prior to departure.
xxiii. Global Business Clinics Ltd provides introductions to pre-qualified Preferred Partners with all necessary disclosures provided.
xxiv. Fees charged by these Preferred Partners are settled directly with the provider under their Terms and Conditions. (If you experience any problems contact groupsupport@globalbusinessclinics.com)
xxv. The GBC Club provides a central Hub of specialist services that may make additional charges for their products or services, based on agreed discounts being applied as approved by The Club.
xxvi. Separate contractual agreements are to be agreed directly with each supplier engaged
xxvii. Any disputes may be resolved through GBC arbitration with final adjudication being jointly accepted by both parties.

Through the Websites, you can order products or services, request information, or subscribe to marketing or support materials. To purchase a product or service from us, we will request certain information from you which will be used for contract performance purposes. You will need to provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit/debit card number, billing address, and expiration date). We do not directly collect your personal credit/debit card information from you, we use the PayPal portal for the payment processing and fraud prevention as we believe this offers a fully secure, trusted and reliable service. Credit/Debit card information and other similar sensitive personal data are not used for any other purpose by the group without your express consent. We do not retain your credit/debit card information after processing a payment unless you grant us permission to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
