(1d) Interest will accrue at 5% above the UK standard bank rate on a daily accumulative basis until the full amount of outstanding Deferred payments or Membership Fees have been recovered, in Full, by the Company.
(ii) Processing of payments may be handled by an approved third party as described in the Store.
(iii) Confirmation of order acceptance and expected delivery date will be provided by email to the payee's nominated address following the full payment receipt.
(iv) Recurring payments will be taken from the payee nominated Card or Direct Debit specified account on the due date.
(v) Cancellation or Withdrawal from agreed courses or use of support services already started, will render the Full value of such services being invoiced for immediate payment.
7. Goods Products or Services damaged or undelivered may be replaced or refunded at our discretion in agreement with the originating supplier and payee.
